Give me an "S", Give me an "A", Give me a "T", Give me an "A", Give me an "N"; WHAT'S THAT SPELL?

Reuter's is reporting that a group of ten teen age girls in a "rural, co-ed North Carolina high school" are suffering from a form of mass hysteria.

In something that reads like a scene out of The Crucible, the girls were suffering from hyperventilation, having seizures and passing out for no apparent reason.

Five of the girls are reported to be cheerleaders.
